Ready to Climb the Real Estate ladder!
Liberty Square is a stunning community of 43 modern new construction townhomes located just steps away from the new Yards Brewery Company and Target location. These bright, architecturally designed homes were thoughtfully laid out for both year-round entertaining and luxurious living with large, open concept floorplans as well as both a roof deck and balcony. Liberty Square is located on both 5th and 6th Streets near Fairmount Avenue, and offer beautiful modern finish selections including Porcelanosa Cabinets. All units feature 1-2 car garages so a night out never has to end in circling the block for parking. Built in the heart of trendy Northern Liberties, one of Philadelphia's most desirable neighborhoods, they are conveniently located near gyms, public transportation, restaurants, boutiques and more. Upgrade options include full bathroom in basement as well as a basement wet bar.
